Closed Joint Stock Company “UTBANK" (Uzbekistan-Turkish Bank)”, established in 1993 in Tashkent, commenced banking operations as a closed joint venture with a 49,80% share of T.C. Ziraat Bankasi A.S. - Turkey, 0,20% share of Ziraat Bank Internatıonal AG - Germany and 50% share of Agrobank - Uzbekistan.
UTBANK, is the first foreign capital-shared bank in Uzbekistan where more than 30 banks operate.
After years of intense work, the Bank is now serving its customers more efficiently. In the past period the Bank considerably increased its business and customer service capacity. The Bank has concentrated its efforts and resources on substantially enlarging its market position and share.
